Peak & Pace Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Peak & Pace. Below is our standard shipping policy, including processing times, shipping methods, and other important information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 flat rate

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95 flat rate

• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as launches or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

Peak & Pace is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or weather events
